Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Physical Therapists to deliver comprehensive care to patients.

-Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
-Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Qualifications:
-Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) in the state of [state].

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.

Qualifications:
